Family Violence Prevention Specialist

As a skilled professional in family violence prevention, you will work with men who use violence in the home to develop non-violent and respectful relationship behaviours.
- Co-facilitate evening groups and provide centre-based sessions aligned with No to Violence practice standards.
- Collaborate with our integrated Family Violence team, including Women's and Children's Counsellors and Contact Workers.
- Partner with women's and children's services for referral, safety planning, and family support.
You will maintain accurate documentation and reporting in line with program standards. This role requires a strong understanding of family violence frameworks and risk assessment, as well as experience facilitating Men's Behaviour Change Programs (MBCP).
Key Responsibilities:- Co-facilitate group sessions to promote change and increase safety for women and children.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes.
- Develop and implement case management plans to support clients' pathways.
