Based at Parkville, we are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a highly-motivated Administrator (HS2) to join our small, friendly team on a part time basis (0.4 - 0.8 EFT hours negotiable including job share). **About us**

The CAFM Facilities Information System is a cloud-based software named TRIRIGA by IBM Australia. The system is a recently deployed digital integrated workplace management software from which many of our clinical and non-clinical services operate. The CAFM Program auspices the system software across the organisation including our satellites and supports this Application from desktop, portfolio, CAD, functionality configuration, mobility, training and user support.

Reporting under the direction of the Platform Manager, the position will work closely with the Application Owner, Portfolio Support Administrator and Program Director.

**The role**

This position requires an experienced and capable Administrator with strong, computer, organisational and problem solving skills including an attention to detail. You will demonstrate an aptitude to learn, good initiative, effective listening and customer focused skills. With an ability to communicate well across all levels of management, you will have a considerable degree of autonomy and developing capability.

**The role is mixed and varied in tasks including**:

- Establish a library of CAFM learning material and assist in the development of refresher and on-boarding training guides and videos;
- Actively participate in a range of system improvements such as CAFM promotions, Intranet updates, mobility deployments, space management (including naming convention cleansing) for CAD integration;
- Communications for profiling activity reporting and workplace messaging;
- Helping develop business processes post the Asset Audit project.

- Ability to accept direction and work autonomously as part of a team.

This role is a permanent part time position with flexibility on agreed working hours and may include a job share arrangement.
