Digital Transformation Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in a part-time Application Support role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the digital facilities information system, CAFM-TRIRIGA.
This is a mixed and varied role that includes:
- Establishing a library of learning material and developing refresher and onboarding training guides and videos;
- Actively participating in system improvements such as CAFM promotions, Intranet updates, mobility deployments, space management for CAD integration;
- Communications for profiling activity reporting and workplace messaging;
- Helping develop business processes post the Asset Audit project.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, including planning and organisational skills, proficiency in report writing, drafting presentations and formatting skills, and ability to demonstrate good initiative with problem resolution.
This is a permanent part-time position with flexibility on agreed working hours and may include a job share arrangement.
