Perth, Western Australia Icehouse Logistics Full time

The Transport Administration is responsible for the delivery of an efficient, effective transport operation. Working closely with the Stake Holders, you will be responsible for the Interstate and Local Transport Business, Customer service, Cost controls and standardization of operational processes.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Casual - 5 Days a week
- Prepare client files, including appointment and quoting documentation
- Prepare customer quotations
- POD's, Booking Interstate Frieght
- Preparing reports for quality and compliance
- Send weekly profit and loss updates
- Entering invoices and expenses in Cargo Wise / Xero
- Fulfil other duties as requested by management

**What we look for**:

- Demonstrated leadership experience in freight solutions.
- Experienced or Qualified in Logistics, Business, or relevant area
- Demonstrated Strong computing skills that drive value for the business
- Strong levels of resilience and ability to prioritise work
