**TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**

You will provide administrative data entry support for our Metro Operations Team in the afternoon with a commencement time of 1pm Monday to Friday

**The primary duties of the role will include**:

- Ensuring that all transport documents are correctly completed and compiled.
- Data Entry
- Scanning paperwork into the system.
- Ad hoc administrative duties as directed by the Administration Manager.

**ABOUT YOU**:
This is an exciting role where the successful applicant will have an opportunity to further their career in a leading WA provider of temperature-controlled transport & logistics.

**To be successful for this role applicants must**:

- Be willing to work a Monday - Friday roster starting at 1pm and finishing around midnight.
- Be reliable with your attendance.
- Have previous experience as an administrator in the transport industry.
- Be able to prioritise high volume of work and work in a fast-paced environment to meet service departure times
- Have excellent time management skills
- Have a positive attitude with the willingness to learn
- Be a team player
- Have a genuine care factor for the needs of the internal and external customer
