Reporting to the Facility and Assets Manager, the **Administrator** provides general administration support to the Facilities and Assets function in addition to ensuring the site security administration activities are managed in accordance with internal processes. This position will also be responsible for liaising with internal and external stakeholders to support surveillance and induction policies.

We are looking for a confident, resilient and self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail who can manage multiple tasks with ease. You will have highly developed administrative skills, along with advanced time management and planning abilities.

**About You**

To successfully fulfil the role expectations, you will be able to demonstrate:

- Highly developed administrative skills with a minimum of 2 years previous experience within a similar role
- Excellent communication skills interpersonal, written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
- Advanced computer literacy skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
- Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
- Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
