Nationally renowned Facility Management client is seeking 2 reliable and enthusiastic Asset data administrators to join their team on the Iconic Rottnest Island.

**Asset Data Administrator**

Our Nationally renowned Facility Management client is seeking 2 reliable and enthusiastic Asset data administrators to join their team on the Iconic Rottnest Island.

Working hours: Full time 38 Hours (Monday - Friday)

Start Date: ASAP

Travel: This role will be located on Rottnest Island WA - Ferry fare will be covered by the client

**Applicants must be residing in Perth WA and be fully vaccinated against Covid 19 to be eligible for this role**

**The Role**

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Collecting and recording asset data and undertaking asset condition assessments (Full Training Provided)
- Locating and identifying make / model / serial number of requested assets. Cross checking to ensure correct details are recorded in system.
- Updating and maintaining existing site maps with any new or amended information relating to asset details / condition
- Identify and record any asset defects, prioritising corrective actions based on risk and type of asset
- Generate reporting as required, meeting specified timeframes and quality standards
- Work proactively with team to identify and resolve any onsite issues.
- Take an active role in reviewing HSE onsite and take corrective actions as required.
- Follow up any incidents and near misses and take corrective action as appropriate.

This role would be best suited to either an ex-trades person with some knowledge of assets, a graduate looking for their first step into an asset / maintenance based position, or even a retiree looking to get back into the workforce in a low stress role.

**Experience Required**
- Previous experience or knowledge of trades and facilities would be beneficial but not essential
- High level of data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings/plans is highly regarded.
- Experience or knowledge of assets would be beneficial but not essential
- Demonstrated experience in delivering high quality customer service and communication.
- Highly literate with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage a variety of stakeholders effectively
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
