About the Opportunity
The Asset Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the Hardcat and One-Key Asset Management Systems to track, record, and control company assets. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and the accuracy of data for equipment, tools, and asset movements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the Hardcat and One-Key Asset Management Systems
• Maintain accurate records of company assets, including equipment, tools, repairs, and calibrations
• Record new assets, asset movements, and equipment status (RFS/OOS)
• Request and track repairs, calibration, testing, and tagging requirements
• Report on lost, missing, or damaged equipment
• Ensure accuracy of data, including naming conventions and asset IDs, and update/remove obsolete records
• Liaise with Asset Track Australia regarding queries, upgrades, and process improvements
• Support compliance with HS&E and QA/QC policies through accurate record keeping
What We Are Looking For:
• Minimum 3 years' experience in an administration role
• Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (intermediate–advanced level)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
• Highly self-motivated and organised
• Experience in Asset Management Systems or CMMS (desirable)
