Facilities Administrator Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Facilities Administrator. The role plays a critical part in ensuring our sites are safe, functional, and welcoming for staff and clients.

You will work closely with the Facilities Manager to coordinate daily operations, track assets, and maintain records. This includes coordinating site activities, tracking resources, and working with contractors and vendors.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing digital tools to support facility management, including MyBuildings and Smart-Fleet.

  • Coordinate daily site operations to ensure safety, functionality, and a welcome environment
  • Track and maintain accurate records of assets and resources
  • Work with contractors and vendors to resolve repairs, upgrades, and maintenance
  • Manage digital tools to support facility management

We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills who is passionate about creating a positive impact.

The ideal candidate should have a Cert IV/Diploma in Business or relevant experience, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.
