Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to play a key role in our fleet management department. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and make a positive impact on our company's success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with project and fleet teams regarding asset availability and procurement.
  • Organize, schedule and record fleet repairs, maintenance, inspections, and testing, ensuring compliance with safety requirements.
  • Track, monitor and audit vehicle job cards, pre-mobilisation forms and inspections to ensure high quality completion.
  • Liaise and develop effective work relationships with third parties, including sourcing information on site-specific requirements for vehicles, plant, and machinery.
  • Assist the Project Manager/BSO with fleet documents for mobilization as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in fleet coordination and administration or a similar position.
  • OH&S Construction Safety Induction White Card.
  • Experience in fleet maintenance programs.
  • High regard for safety and procedures.
  • Ability to work in workshop environments.
  • Excellent listening, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Intermediate level PC, printer, scanners, and internet skills.
  • Demonstrated good safety record and knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety.
  • Current National Police Clearance.
  • Valid Driver's Licence - C Class.

We are part of a rapidly growing ASX listed company that offers integrated multidisciplinary capabilities in electrical and instrumentation, mechanical fabrication, assembly, and installation.

Our fleet workshop is based in Perth WA, with a combination of mechanics, auto-electricians, welders and fleet coordinators. We also have various depots around WA and nationwide, with fleet coordinators and mechanics servicing those depots.
