
Facility Administration Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to manage all administrative work and assist with the facility services helpdesk ticket system.
About You:
- Proven ability in administrative tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Multitasking skills with the capacity to meet competing deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for engaging people at all levels
- A positive attitude with a desire to provide excellent customer service
- Sound computer literacy skills with experience in health care environment, particularly aged care
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support to management and facility services department
- Manage contractors and ensure smooth workflow
- Oversee documentation and maintain asset management system
- Assist in processing tickets and providing helpdesk support
- Liaise between contractors and facilities for preventative maintenance
- Procure items including clinical and white goods equipment
- Maintain fleet vehicle operations and process invoices
