As a leader in Sydney's most luxurious integrated resort, you'll be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the department, ensuring guest satisfaction and expectations are achieved, whilst inspiring and embedding a customer-oriented mindset amongst the team.This is a perfect opportunity for a Senior Front Office Attendant who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Your success will be highlighted by seamless performance of the check-in & check-out procedures, as well as providing Concierge-related services to all guests and visitors at Crown to enhance their stay.
You'll also be a key part of your team member's development, where you'll coach and develop their skills and empower them to thrive.Some of the key responsibilities will involve:Ensuring smooth and timely check-in / check-out operations of the Front Office, including Concierge servicesProviding guidance and support to the team, ensuring that the Crown values are always demonstratedLeading the on-shift team and being the first escalation point for any complaints, issues or challengesCoaching and on-boarding new team members around operating procedures, policies and standardsMonitoring room availability and controlling daily hotel inventory to ensure guests receive accommodation requirementsParticipating in team briefings and ensuring new information or expectations are relayed to the on-shit teamMonitoring service standards of department operations or teams, and addressing any inconsistenciesMaintaining up-selling guidelines and continually looking to develop procedures in order to increase efficiency and revenuePartnering with Hotel Reservations and Sales to ensure promotional accommodation activity is supportedYou'll have:Demonstrated hotel operations experience in a high-volume, front office operationCapability, passion and desire to step up into a leadership role in a luxury propertyProven capability in delivering superior service standards and guest experiences in a premium environmentFlexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including days, nights, overnights, weekends and public holidaysAbility multi-take and manage multiple guest priorities and inquiriesA strong customer orientation with ability to anticipate the needs of guests & promptly manage guest enquiriesOpera Property Management Systems experience will be highly regardedPermanent and unrestricted Australian working rightsWhat we offer you:Full-time, permanent opportunity, based in Crown Towers SydneyComplimentary meals at our on-site staff restaurant (variety of hot foods, salad + sandwich bar, fruit and pastries)Generous discounts across Crown hotels Australia wide, as well as our restaurants and barsOpportunity to take part and be rewarded in Crown's group-wide recognition and awards programAbility to be an active member and contribute to Crown's community, diversity & inclusion committeesOpportunity to be part of a high performing team and award-winning teamAccess to discounts with various corporate partners across insurance, heath & wellbeing, fashion, banking & finance, technology and more
