Job Title: Claims Resolution Specialist
Job DescriptionThe Claims Analyst role involves processing customer claims from inception to resolution, ensuring adherence to business protocols. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including warehouse personnel, sales representatives, customer service agents, credit officers, and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Process customer claims accurately and in a timely manner
- Reconcile general ledger credits and returns
- Nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Enter claims into CRM and process credits in the enterprise system
- Evaluate authorization and approvals for completion
- 2-4 years of experience in administration or credit teams
- Prior experience dealing with internal and external customers
- Administration and Management skills
- Leadership and Team Management skills
- Numerical Reasoning Ability
