We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Claims team as a Claims Resolution Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and compliant processing of terminal illness and death claims. This permanent position offers a unique opportunity for someone with empathy and professionalism to thrive in a dynamic work environment.About the RoleThis role involves managing a portfolio of terminal illness and/or death claims from notification through to payment stage. You will be the primary point of contact for members, providing them with information and keeping them informed of the claim process and progress. Additionally, you will maintain queues under case management, ensuring all outstanding work items are managed within service standards.RequirementsWe are looking for an individual with relevant experience in a similar claims role. Previous superannuation experience is highly regarded, and a strong ability to handle conversations with compassion and sensitivity while maintaining professionalism is essential.
