**What this job involves**:
We've got an exciting opportunity for a Tenant Services Manager to join our team onsite at a newly built commercial asset based in the heart of Brisbane
You will develop and foster positive relationships with tenants, overseeing client tenancy services (both hard and soft) with a clear focus on the delivery of cleaning and concierge services together with the management of tenant services requests.
**A snapshot of the role**:
Proactively engage all stakeholders to ensure the service expectations are met
Build and develop effective client/stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organisation
Ensure vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time and within budget
Plan and manage all contracts to ensure that they are professionally delivered at the competitive market pricing
Actively work to ensure that the site's financial operations are meeting or exceeding targets and control requirements
Recommend continuous quality improvement practices and implement Industry Best Practice operations
24/7 emergency call support and site attendance is required
**Sound like you? This is what we're looking for**:
6-10 years' experience in Tenancy Services management preferably on tenancy representation, minor project coordination, construction/trade works experience
Previous experience working within commercial property environment
Knowledge of local work health safety requirements
You love communicating with people at all levels and are comfortable mixing with stakeholders from any background, always respecting diversity and the needs of tenants and visitors to the property
