Our organisation provides Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) to empower NDIS participants to live with independence, dignity, and choice.
The Customer Experience Manager is the primary point of contact for SDA tenants, their families, and support networks, delivering an exceptional customer experience from onboarding through ongoing engagement and retention.
This role builds trust, manages tenancies, and fosters long-term relationships that reflect our core values of inclusion, respect, and quality.
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage tenancy relationships, act as liaison between tenants, Supported Independent Living providers, and other key stakeholders, coordinate property viewings, tenancy agreements, and NDIS enrolment processes, and plan on-ground engagement activities.
Requirements include demonstrated experience in tenancy management, community housing, disability services, or a related field, strong understanding of the NDIS, particularly SDA housing requirements, community engagement, stakeholder management, sales/lead generation skills in a service-based environment, exceptional interpersonal skills, organisational skills, conflict resolution skills, and proficiency in tenancy management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
