We have an exciting opportunity for a Tenant Liaison to join our team on the tenant side. In this capacity, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service and creating a positive living experience for valued tenants.

The Job

  • Provide superior tenant support by working closely with tenants and trades as needed.
  • Collaborate with our Property Management team in a timely and effective manner to ensure smooth property management operations.
  • Manage rent, invoices, and bond arrears, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Regularly review and update maintenance requests, including work orders, portal submissions, quote requests, and reports from inspections.
  • Efficiently process and close work orders, ensuring timely payment of invoices.
  • Issue necessary notices to maintain compliance with tenancy agreements.
  • Take charge of the lease renewal process, including creating lease offers, following up with tenants, processing returned leases, and updating files as per the final instructions from senior management.
  • Assist with entry and exit reports as required, either by collaborating with our Inspections Officer or personally completing them.

Requirements

  • Previous Property Manager experience.
  • Enthusiasm for personalised customer service.
  • High level of written communication aptitude.
  • Demonstrate a professional demeanor and be immaculately presented.
