Southern Cross Care (Qld) is a rapidly growing and developing, highly respected not-for-profit organisation, which provides Residential Aged Care, Community Care and Retirement Living services across Queensland.

We are looking for
**YOU** to join our SCCQ family within the Community Services Team in the role of a
**Customer Intake & Onboarding Coordinator - Community Care** to be based at our Support Office in Upper Mt Gravatt.

In this role You will be responsible for delivering person-centred onboarding services to new and prospective clients as well as for providing high quality and effective support to NDIS participants, CHSP customers and Home Care package customers.

**What you will need**:

- Certificate III or IV in Business Administration or possess the equivalent knowledge, skills and experience
- Previous experience in admissions, contract management or related field
- Previous experience in recruitment, onboarding and training of staff
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service ethos
- Excellent interpersonal skills including demonstrated experience in communicating and negotiation with a broad range of stakeholders
- Experience within Aged Care, Health or Community Care industry and knowledge and experience of government funding, fees and charges and admission guidelines for Aged Care Services
- Excellent written and communication skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience in using the Microsoft suite products
- You must maintain up to date COVID 19 and influenza vaccination status
- You must posses or be willing to obtain a current NDIS workers screen
