Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer Victoria, the Intake and Agreements Manager is responsible for the development, delivery and review of ONCALL's intake services, delivering a high quality, seamless transition from intake to service delivery for clients and their supporters seeking ONCALL services.

This service will focus on welcoming new customers to ONCALL, embedding customer service, and comprehensive assessment and planning to ensure a seamless transition to service delivery across all customer facing programs in the organisation.

The Manager Intake and Agreements will have responsibility to ensure all services are provided in accordance with funding and agreement requirements, legislative requirements rules and regulations in addition to the ONCALL strategic plan, policies, procedures, and industry standards.

**Key Accountabilities**:
Actively contribute to the development of program specific business plans that reflect organisational annual targets and key result areas.
Oversight of compliance requirements, risk management (customer, organisational and financial), feedback, and reporting against agreed timelines, with continuous improvement identified and implemented.
Ensure a quality and safeguarding approach to service delivery is embedded in all referrals, assessments, and individual client plans.
Develop and maintain influential relationships with diverse stakeholder groups on highly complex issues in order to maximise outcomes for clients engaging with ONCALL.
Provide leadership and team management to the Intake team and collaborate with programs across ONCALL to maximise the value that a coordinate intake process has for the business.
Collaborate with other service areas and teams to deliver practice leadership and continuous improvement across the group to deliver industry leading services.
Participate in or drive forward projects and programs of work designed to facilitate growth, continuous improvement and service design as required.

**Our Successful Applicant will have**:
A recognised qualification in the field of disability/human services
Demonstrated experience in delivering an intake service with associated skills in the provision of assessments and other intake functions.
Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with our NDIS participants/families.
Knowledge and understanding of NDIS Plans and service agreements.
Experience liaising with internal/external stakeholders such as Support Coordinators, parents, Psychologists etc.
Have a current (or willing to obtain) NDIS Workers Screening Check.
