**Intake and Services Coordinator**

AmAble is a Geelong based not for profit, NDIS registered provider, delivering neurodiversity, and disability supports, programs and accommodation.

We currently have a part time maternity leave role as a Intake and Services Coordinator.

The role will involve;
- Completing new participant intake process, including meeting with participant and administrative tasks involved with onboarding a new participant,
- Connecting participants with suitable support workers and programs,
- Developing schedules of support and service agreements,
- Ensuring compliance with the NDIS standards and registration requirements,
- Maintaining case notes, and participant files,
- Maintaining a high level of written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders, ie: support staff, coordinators, care teams and other professionals,
- Scheduling rosters and filling cancellations,
- Responding to feedback and concerns,
- Investigating and registering incidents,
- Provide support and mentoring to support staff,
- Preparing reports as requested,
- Assisting with special projects as needed.

**About You**
- Relevant experience in the NDIS sector highly regarded, or ability to learn and take on new tasks,
- Excellent customer service, shows compassion and understanding, ability to make people feel heard and understood,
- Effective team player and ability to collaborate,
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
- Ability to work under pressure, managing competing tasks and priorities.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: From $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
