Change Communications And Engagement Manager

**About the Role**
Reporting to the Head of Workspace & Corporate Projects, this is an exciting new opportunity to be creative and innovative, using your project, change, communication and content management skills to develop and drive an integrated strategy that supports our national workplace transformation program and ongoing workspace activities.

**About you**
Your strengths in change leadership, program management, content production, as well as deep experience in transforming multi-layered organisations, will mean that you are a core contributor, able to work across both the strategic and operational components of a program of work.

You're comfortable 'getting your hands dirty' as well as advising and influencing a broad set of stakeholders including senior management. You will be pivotal to supporting our people through change by increasing employee adoption of new ways of working - driving faster adoption, higher utilisation, and greater proficiency of changes. Your ability to develop and drive communications strategies & engagement plans through purpose-driven content and various channels will ensure an enhanced employee experience is delivered
