In the role of Manager (People Engagement and Change), you will lead the delivery of an integral part of human resources - employee engagement, communication, change management, event management and intranet management. You will lead the People Engagement and Change team to deliver key whole-of-department events, communication and engagement strategies and workforce change management initiatives. The role also manages the HR Intranet - a single source of truth for HR information and services.
**Some of your responsibilities will include**: - Manage a multi-disciplinary team of communication and change management professionals, comprising of graphic design, employee engagement, internal communication and event management specialists. Proactively manage and supervise staff in all aspects of people performance, including coaching and development, workplace health, safety and wellbeing whilst role modelling ethical behaviour and decision making. Promote, build and maintain effective working relationships with the senior and executive leadership teams, other departmental officers and external stakeholders. Contribute to the department's strategic objectives and priorities and provide advice for the department in relation to employee engagement and change management.
