**Who are we looking for?**

Queensland University of Technology (QUT) is seeking a Change and Engagement Manager to join Finance Business Solutions, Chancellery Division.

Finance Business Solutions is embarking on a Finance Transformation program. The Change and Engagement Manager is responsible for the design, development and execution of change initiatives within FBS. This role will act as a champion for change, sharing the portfolio's activities with the broader QUT Community. The role will interact with a broad range of stakeholders with a focus on enhancing the Finance Transformation journey. The position will plan and implement strategic and operational change and engagement activities to positively position all projects, initiatives and 'business-as-usual' activities within the portfolio. This includes development of change and engagement plans, key messages, project materials (e.g. website copy, general presentation packs, FAQs), articles, and video stories to be utilised across communication channels. Importantly, this position will support change and engagement activities undertaken by the Transformation team working across the portfolio and initiatives underway. The role requires the flexibility to work at both a strategic and planning level and at an operational and service delivery level to achieve the objectives of the portfolio.

**Real world impact**

QUT is a major Australian university with a global outlook and a 'real world' focus. We are an ambitious and collaborative institution that seeks to equip our students and graduates with the skills they will need in an increasingly disrupted and challenged world.

**About the Chancellery Division**

**About Finance Business Solutions**

Within the Chancellery, Finance Business Solutions (FBS) is responsible for a range of business functions to facilitate the ongoing financial and planning viability of the university in realising QUT's strategic aims and objectives, whilst maintaining a customer centric approach when engaging with the university community, industry and government.

FBS values the contribution of our team and work closely with the QUT community to deliver on our values and behaviours: Customer focussed, accountability, respect and empowerment.
