**Key responsibilities include**: - Plan for and lead the activities of change management across the program / business. This is involves the development and execution of effective change management plans and strategies to maximise the desired outcomes of the change. Assess change impact and readiness of the organisation and recommend strategies for managing any identified issues. Provide leadership on and oversee the communication for programs of change to ensure changes are understood and to gain commitment to these changes. Work closely with the internal communications team to deliver consistent and timely key messaging on the program
- Ensure that change management related risks and issues are promptly identified and effectively managed through the development of appropriate risk management strategies and initiatives. Provide strategic advice to program board and other key stakeholders on change management, ensuring all necessary change management elements are embedded in plans and any related policies, processes and procedures are addressed. Monitor, evaluate and report to senior management and key stakeholders on the effectiveness of and progress against change management plans to ensure achievement of desired change outcomes, highlighting any issues and strategies to manage these. Facilitate stakeholder workshops and other required change management engagement activities.
