The Placement Officer holds a vital position within Acknowledge Education (AE), overseeing the effective coordination of student placements into meaningful and compliant learning opportunities. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills and a steadfast commitment to meeting regulatory standards.

**About the Role**
The Placement Officer holds a vital position within Acknowledge Education (AE), overseeing the effective coordination of student placements into meaningful and compliant learning opportunities. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills and a steadfast commitment to meeting regulatory standards. **This will be a 100% office based position.**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage placement demand, ensure regulatory compliance, and review student documentation.
- Conduct one-on-one interviews to assess placement needs and match students with agencies.
- Coordinate student interviews with placement agencies and track placement progress.
- Assign Liaison Officers for ongoing student support and escalate placement concerns when necessary.
- Respond to student queries and collect feedback for placement improvement.
**About you**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in education or customer service.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with InPlace or similar placement management systems.
- Commitment to maintaining compliance with regulatory bodies.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to undergo training on new systems and technologies.
