About this role:

Work Integrated Learning Support Officer

This position plays a key part in ensuring students have a positive, compliant, and enriching learning experience while building strong relationships with placement partners.

The Work Integrated Learning Support Officer will coordinate and deliver high-quality support services for student placements and work integrated learning (WIL) activities.

You will have a thorough knowledge of student placements and WIL programs, strong communication skills, and experience monitoring student placement progression and compliance.

The role involves coordinating administrative support for placements, providing information and advice to students and staff about placements and WIL activities, and maintaining placement-specific resources.

You will be required to contribute to risk management plans and responses to legislative changes and/or health outbreaks where relevant, monitor student progress during placements, and ensure assessments are completed in line with course requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to process improvement and a strong customer service focus.
