Based in Sydney, CBD - 5 days a week in the office Up to $40 per hour + super 6 months temporary role, with potential to go permanent 9am - 5pm, with start date commencing ASAP The Company Lotus People are delighted to be partnering with this agile education provider based in Sydney CBD.

The Role This Industry Placement Coordinator role focuses on matching students to suitable placements, managing end-to-end communication, and building strong partnerships with placement providers.
The role combines student-facing responsibilities with business development and administrative coordination.
The Duties Match students to relevant placement opportunities Coordinate all stages of the placement journey Maintain consistent communication with students and organisations throughout the placement process Outbound calling and engage new placement providers Work closely with other placement coordinators and team members nationally Use Excel and Microsoft Teams for tracking and communication Provide engaging group communications and updates to students Assist with general administrative tasks as required The Ideal Candidate We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, student-focused environment.
You will bring a strong mix of communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills to the role, and ideally have some experience in education, psychology, counselling, or human services – although this is not essential.To thrive in this role, you will: Be a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills Bring energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism to your work Enjoy building relationships and providing meaningful support to students Have a collaborative mindset and work well across teams Ideally have previous experience in administration, sales, or business development HOW TO APPLY Lotus People are accredited candidate experts meaning we will respond to all applicants and value our applicant experience.
