About the Role
- Manage and maintain multiple record systems for the Human Resources team in accordance with defined correspondence workflows, which includes ensuring that due dates are met, data integrity is maintained, and correspondence is professionally and consistently formatted in line with MSH standards.
- Track, allocate, monitor, and record incoming and outgoing correspondence in a manner that allows for effective reporting.
- Adhere to the requirements of applicable records / information systems, legislation and procedures which includes the provision of ongoing operational advice and support on matters related to recordkeeping policies, standards, and practices to ensure that all needs are being met.
- Coordinate the search, retrieval and communication of relevant information and documentation to third parties, such as, Right to Information, OHO, AHPRA, QPS and MSH legal representatives for common law matters.
