**ABOUT CTM**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
You will be a ADM and Refund specialist working in the Amadeus GDS ideally based in Sydney within our in-house ticketing team. The ADM and Refund specialist is critical to supporting our operational teams with expert knowledge of, ADM administration, disputing, management, charging and training and assistance with Amadeus GDS refunds.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- The ability to manage monthly Agency Debit Memos administration in our mid/back office system.
- Expertise in investigating ADM's and the ability to dispute relevant ADMs with Airlines
- Identify consultant errors to report training opportunities for ADM reduction.
- Liaise with Supplier Relations teams to knowledge share on ADM analytics
- The ability to precisely refund all airlines tickets in Amadeus environments.
- Strong background and proven experience in airfare construction and refunds.
- Process refunds in a timely manner and general attention to detail.
- Being a team player but also happy to work independently.
- High level of customer service and Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Working in a high-volume environment won't phase you -you like to stay busy

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- You must have previous ADM and Refund experience in Domestic & International travel
- Knowledge of Amadeus system essential
- Knowledge of Tramada and Sabre preferable
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner both written and spoken.
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Enthusiastic Team Player willing to provide support & training when required.
