Job Overview

Expert Refund and Ticketing Consultant required to support operational teams with in-depth knowledge of GDS refunds, ticketing, fare rules, and fare construction.

This critical role involves providing exceptional service and technical expertise to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on GDS refunds, ticketing, fare rules, and fare construction
  • Collaborate with operational teams to resolve complex travel-related issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in refund and ticketing management
  • Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness in refund and ticketing operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in refund and ticketing operations, preferably within the travel or airline industry
  • Strong understanding of GDS systems, particularly Amadeus, and their applications in refund and ticketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
