As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting audits and investigations, supporting risk and occurrence management, contributing to safety and quality reporting, and developing training content and competency frameworks.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree or diploma in aviation, engineering, safety, or a related field">
  • A qualification in Quality Management Systems, such as lead auditor certification">
  • Aircraft accident/incident investigator qualification">
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment">
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in quality and safety management">
  • Sound knowledge of regulations and standards applicable to continuing airworthiness">
  • Experience in an airline environment - safety, engineering, maintenance, or operations">
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct quality audits and investigations">
  • A process-driven mindset with a strong understanding of management systems and continuous improvement methodologies">
  • Highly proficient in data analysis tools, such as PowerBi and Excel">
  • Strong communication skills to report complex issues to Executive-level stakeholders">
