With record growth and potential, my client is a leading global manufacturer of Industrial Automation products. They have a history of success in the Automotive, Chemical, Food & Beverage, Power Generation and more. They seek an experienced Channel Manager in Sydney to manage and grow their distributor network across Australia.

**The Role**:

- Responsible for management of both sales and profitability distribution channels across Australia, including the effective service of new and existing distributors
- Identify project opportunities to drive revenue through the reseller partners
- Act as the main point of contact, trusted advisor and solution provider for all Distribution partners across Australia
- Continually review the performance of major distributor accounts
- Some interstate travel
- 5 years' experience in Distributor/Partner Management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in any type of Industrial Automation, Electrical or Electronic products
- Ideally come from a Manufacturer
- Self-Starter with the ability to perform in a dynamic environment
