We are seeking a seasoned and driven
Regional Sales Manager
to lead business development and strategic sales initiatives in the warehouse automation and material handling sector. This role is critical in expanding our regional footprint, deepening customer relationships, and securing high-value automation projects across Australia Market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Business Growth: Identify, develop, and retain key customer relationships to close complex automation deals and meet revenue targets.
- Strategic Deal Leadership: Formulate tailored win strategies and manage the full sales lifecycle, including both technical and commercial deliverables.
- New Business Development: Build and maintain a robust sales funnel through proactive outreach, lead qualification, and strategic targeting of new accounts.
- Customer Engagement: Represent the company with professionalism in client meetings, calls, presentations, and proposal negotiations—be the trusted face of the brand.
- Channel & Partner Enablement: Conduct training, knowledge sharing, and joint business planning with distributors and strategic partners.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and report market feedback, competitor insights, and customer requirements to support strategic planning and product development.
- Contract Closure: Lead deal structuring, negotiation, and finalization in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin is a plus
- 5+ years of proven B2B solution sales experience, preferably in warehouse automation, robotics, or material handling systems
- Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles involving solution design, consultative engagement, and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience working with automation technologies (e.g., AS/RS, AGVs, conveyors, robotics, WMS integration)
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders from shop floor to boardroom
