Our in-house cafes are buzzing with energy as residents, their families, friends, and caregivers gather to enjoy a hot drink and great company. These spaces have become the go-to local cafe for both residents and volunteers to find a fulfilling and joyful place to spend their time.

We're on the lookout for enthusiastic superstars to join us and help make these cafes the heart of our awesomesauce community.

What you'll do:

- Share a warm smile and engaging conversation with our residents
- Prepare and serve delicious drinks and snacks
- Handle cash and card payments with ease
- Keep the cafe sparkling clean and organised, making it a welcoming space for everyone

What residents love:

- Catching up with friendly faces they know and trust
- Regular chats that help brighten their day and fight loneliness
- The joy of feeling truly seen and heard

**Training**:
We'll make sure you're fully equipped with all the basics, including food safety and handling training, so you feel confident and ready

**Time commitment**

We work with all volunteers to set up the most suitable days and times for you. Any amount of time you can give, whether it's a few days a week or a few hours a month, is valuable for our community and much appreciated.
