Cafe Volunteer Opportunity

We are seeking friendly and skilled volunteers to help create a welcoming environment at our aged care facility.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a cafe or hospitality setting, be passionate about supporting the elderly, and possess excellent people skills.
Key Responsibilities- Serving with a Smile: Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and light refreshments to residents, staff, and visitors, creating a warm atmosphere.
- Creating Connections: Build relationships with residents, offering a friendly chat while you serve their favorite drinks and snacks.
- Keeping the Café Cozy: Help maintain the café's cleanliness and organisation, making sure everything is ready for a relaxing experience.
- Team Player: Work closely with staff and other volunteers to ensure the café runs smoothly and residents have a great experience.
- Experience: Previous experience working in a cafe or hospitality setting is necessary.
- Heart: A genuine passion for supporting the elderly and making their day a little brighter.
- People Skills: Friendly, patient, and a great listener – our residents love a chat.
- Organisation: You can keep things running smoothly, ensuring the café is always stocked and clean.
