">We are seeking friendly and skilled volunteers to join our cafe team. If you have experience in a hospitality setting and a passion for supporting the elderly, we'd love to hear from you.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and light refreshments to residents, staff, and visitors.
- Build relationships with residents, offering a friendly chat while serving their favorite drinks and snacks.
- Help maintain the cafe's cleanliness and organisation, ensuring everything is ready for a relaxing experience.
- Work closely with staff and other volunteers to ensure the cafe runs smoothly and residents have a great experience.
Requirements:
">- Previous experience working in a cafe or hospitality setting.
- A genuine passion for supporting the elderly and making their day a little brighter.
- People skills: friendly, patient, and a great listener.
- Organisation skills: able to keep things running smoothly.
