The LEAP Project is a Public Private Partnership between the Commonwealth (Defence) and Plenary Living (LEAP2) Pty Ltd for the supply and operation of an independent housing environment, on selected bases, for long-term living-in, single Australian Defence Force personnel. DeltaFM is responsible for maintenance of these accommodation facilities.

We currently have a full -time vacancy for a **Cleaning Team Leader** at our client site in Enoggera. You will support the Cleaning Supervisor in leading a team of cleaners. This is a **Monday to Friday role, 730am-5pm spread of hours**

Our overall cleaning team are responsible for the maintenance of the accommodation facilities, including laundry rooms and public spaces at our site in Enoggera.

**Key duties**:

- Assist the Supervisor in leading a team of Cleaners in Accommodation facilities of our client site
- General cleaning duties of all accommodation areas
- External cleaning of public buildings & facilities
- Restoration and maintenance of hard and soft floor surfaces

**A bit about you**:

- Cleaning experience in Accommodation management
- Great leadership experience - ability to manage, motivate & support your team
- Physically fit and able to meet the demands of the job
- Police Clearance (obtained within 3 months) or ability to obtain one
- Valid & current driving license
- Due to security requirements for this site we can only consider Australian citizens
- You must also be vaccinated against COVID 19
