**The Role**

**Reporting to the Business Manager Orthodontics your key responsibilities will be**:

- Responsible for continuous development & improvement of ClearCorrect's practice growth programs.
- Develop KPI's to measure and report the effectiveness of our practice growth programs.
- Create materials and coach the sales team on effectively communicating practice growth initiatives from ClearCorrect.
- Scout and manage external partners to support the practice growth initiatives.
- Create a case study to develop our existing customer base by implementing practice growth programs.
- Support the sales team in switching high volume providers to ClearCorrect.
- Develop a complete understanding of how ClearCorrect through product and marketing, can significantly increase a practice's profile, gross turnover, and net profit.
- Manage the customer service team and maintain a high level of service to customers by ensuring efficient, accurate and a timely response to enquiries, correspondence, and orders.
- Identify areas of improvement in our internal processes to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a basic knowledge in orthodontic/dental concepts and topics.
- Participates in trade shows and conventions.
- Other duties as assigned, directed, or requested.
- Bachelors Degree
- Sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets, with a proven ability to quote and close.
- Experience in dental/orthodontics or strong interest to upskill in this field.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Clear communication skills.
- The ability to quickly adapt and learn new software.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office - Word/Excel).
- Must be a team player.

Critical to the success of this role is also being a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and in a team, being highly organised and having excellent communication and presentation skills.
