- Werribee (plus occasional travel to our Geelong practice)
- Key Requirements:

- Demonstrated practice management or similar experience (2yr+) in an allied health or medical environment.
- A strong commitment to continuously improve service delivery and operational processes to ensure excellence.
- Excellent IT/computer skills with a track record of effectively using practice management software.
- Conduct quality controls and closely monitor administrative KPIs to maintain high standards.
- Possess the ability to work autonomously and make well-informed decisions independently.
- Proven expertise in managing staff fairly and confidently, fostering a positive and harmonious team environment.
- Outstanding organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills to streamline operations effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and handle pressure while maintaining composure.
- Exceptional people management skills with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
- Experience in onboarding, training, and rostering staff to ensure efficient and cohesive teamwork.
- A forward-thinking mindset for driving business development, fostering innovation, and contributing to practice growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows and exceptional service delivery.
- Implement and optimise practice management software to enhance efficiency and accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Monitor and analyse administrative KPIs, proactively addressing areas for improvement.
- Cultivate a positive team culture, encouraging open communication, collaboration, and professional development.
- Design and execute staff training programs to foster continuous growth and enhance skills.
- Develop and maintain staff rosters, ensuring proper coverage and equitable workload distribution.
- Identify opportunities for business development and growth, collaborating with the team to achieve strategic goals.
- Resolve operational challenges with efficiency and resourcefulness, keeping the practice running smoothly.
- Ensure all operations are executed in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
- Establish and enforce policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.
