Medical Centre Operations Manager Role

The Opportunity:

Lead experienced professionals to oversee allocated medical practices within our Group. This role focuses on delivering high-performing primary care while enhancing operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of medical practices with a focus on primary care delivery
  • Ensuring Practices deliver high performing care
  • Leveraging network for operational enhancement
  • Developing effective working relationships across the organisation
  • Providing oversight and direction to support functions
  • Identifying and managing operational challenges at a practice level

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience leading staff in a multi-site organisation
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain day-to-day operational procedures
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel
