**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Extract, review, and analyse operational data from systems such as ServiceNow, Beakon, and Kronos to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and compliance summaries for internal stakeholders and client use.
- Analyse rostering data to identify award breaches (e.g., overtime, penalties) and reconcile rostered vs actual hours.
- Conduct compliance checks on security licences, training completions, certifications, and onboarding records.
- Coordinate and maintain documentation for incident debriefs, audit actions, and national reporting requirements.
- Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and support functions to ensure operational delivery aligns with governance and compliance standards.
- Maintain data integrity across core systems and support quality assurance processes for all reporting.
- Provide operational oversight and coordination across a portfolio of small-format retail centres.
**What you'll need**:
- Current and valid security licence
- Certificate II or III in Security Operations (or equivalent)
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills — including formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and data filtering
- Experience working with platforms such as ServiceNow, Beakon, Kronos, or Workforce Management (WFM) systems
- Solid understanding of rostering, scheduling systems, and award interpretation (Security Services Industry Award 2020)
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and reconcile timesheets, rosters, and licensing records
- High attention to detail in reporting, audits, and documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with site managers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Proven time management skills — comfortable working across multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience in a security coordination, compliance, or workforce planning role (highly regarded)
