Senior Security Leadership Position

As a senior leader, you will be responsible for overseeing security operations across the country. This role requires a high level of strategic and operational leadership to ensure compliance with industry standards, quality service delivery, and alignment with business objectives.

The successful candidate will lead a national security workforce, delivering high-quality services to clients while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. A key aspect of this role is ensuring that all security licensing requirements, employment laws, and relevant legislation are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic and operational guidance to security teams
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and industry standards
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in senior-level positions within the security industry
  • In-depth knowledge of security industry legislation and industrial relations frameworks
  • A Certificate IV or higher in Security and Risk Management (Diploma preferred)
  • A valid Security Licence
