About this role: You will lead our national security operations across Australia, shaping the future of our guarding services and ensuring our national portfolio aligns with compliance, quality, client expectations, and our broader business strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading a national security workforce across multiple high-profile client sites

- Delivering strategic and operational leadership across our security portfolio

- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, including employment law and industry standards

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

- Collaborating with senior leadership to enhance service delivery

You will need:

- At least 5 years' senior-level experience leading large-scale security operations (national or multi-state)

- In-depth knowledge of security industry legislation and licensing obligations

- A Certificate IV or higher in Security and Risk Management (Diploma preferred)
