Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Safe Security Operations Coordinator to monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and access control systems.

The role is crucial in ensuring the safety and security of student accommodation properties.

This position requires a high level of attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and access control systems to identify and respond to security incidents promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of security-related activities and report staffing, rostering, and contractor issues.
  • Collaborate closely with on-site security personnel and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of security-related activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional CCTV security-related certifications and training is essential.
  • Proven experience in security operations, CCTV monitoring, and incident management.
  • Fluent understanding of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
