Security Operations Coordinator

The role of a Security Operations Coordinator is to oversee and coordinate security operations across various sites. This involves responding promptly to calls and emails, conducting welfare checks, and monitoring CCTV systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Coordinate and dispatch guards for late starts, no-shows, and alarm responses
- Assist with after-hours rostering and cover drop shifts as needed
- Brief Security Officers on-site requirements and maintain accurate logs
Key skills required include strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work well in a team or autonomously, and high attention to detail. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in control room operations or data centre security.
Requirements- Demonstrated experience as a Control Room Operator or in Data Centre Security
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Proactive Problem-Solving Mindset
- High Attention to Detail
- Ability to Work Well in a Team or Autonomously
- Ability to Work in a Rotational Roster (Nights/Days/Weekends)
- Australian Citizen or Hold Unlimited Work Rights
- Valid NSW Security License (Including Monitoring Subclass)
