We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Security Operations Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

This permanent role offers ongoing training and development opportunities, including control room systems and emergency simulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise floor operations and assist with rostering.
  • Respond to incidents, review reports, and escalate as required.
  • Mentor and coach security officers, supporting performance management.
  • Liaise with Centre Management, tenants, and customers to maintain safety.
  • Handle administrative reporting and site documentation.
You will bring:
  • Experience in retail environments.
  • Proven incident management and reporting skills.
  • A valid NSW Security Licence and Senior First Aid Certificate (essential).
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Professional presentation and calm under pressure.
