About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Operations Coordinator. This position will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of our security team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day security operations across multiple sites
  • Cultivate a customer-centric environment within the team
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Implement people management practices such as rostering and performance management
  • Ensure teams are equipped with necessary skills and resources
  • Uphold company policies and safety standards
  • Generate and distribute client and internal reports
Requirements:
  • A 1A Security Licence, First Aid Certificate, and full NSW Drivers Licence
  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment, Security Risk Management, or Frontline Management (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in security operations
  • Experience in developing security documentation and operational plans
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Strong time management and forward planning skills
