**About the role**

**$70,000 + Super (pro-rata)**

**12 month fixed-term contract**

**3 full days or 4hrs, 4 days per week**
- This role will have you working closely with the IT team who are set to deliver a challenging business agenda with all new tech platforms being rolled out (including networks, security, hybrid cloud, etc.). _
- Your key area of responsibility will be supporting the ERP implementation project, ensuring all project activities are efficiently and effectively tracked and managed. To ensure the project's success, you'll be working closely with the Project Manager, greater Project team, SMEs and the wider business across Australia and New Zealand._

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the PM with developing:

- project documents such as budgets, schedules, scope statements, and project plans.
- weekly reports, monthly steering committee papers, and other updates as required.
- Monitoring and maintaining RAID logs in Azure DevOps.
- Complete administrative tasks such as taking meeting minutes, scheduling meetings and workshops, and following up action points.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the project team and SMEs.
- Distribute reports and documents with relevant project members.

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience with ERP projects, particularly working with DevOps in an Agile environment
- Experience within Supply Chain / Warehouse / Distribution industry
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of Project experience
- Change management skills
