Redpath Partners are delighted to be working with a global tier 1 civil contractor, to assist them in recruiting a Proposals Lead for their Sydney team.

You will develop and implement strategies and win themes through written content which effectively communicates the companies proven capability. The projects that you will be working on will be across multiple sectors, including road, rail, water, defence and renewables.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work to a standard of excellent producing high quality, fully compliant and professional expressions of interest and tender documentation
- Turn technical information into digestible key messages, ensuring all content communicate the companies value proposition
- Develop frameworks and schedules to guide bid team, ensuring documentation is completed to lodgment timeframes
- Work collaboratively with others at all levels across a diverse workforce, and with joint venture and other partners
- Act as a knowledge expert, keeping relevant information up to date

Experience required
- A tertiary qualification in public relations, communications, marketing or similar
- Minimum 5+ years experience working in a similar role across the civil construction or related industry
- Previous experience working for a civil contractor would be highly desirable
