- Provide high level administrative support to HSE and HR & Operations.
- Located in Brisbane CBD

We are currently seeking a Safety, Training and Quality Systems Administrator to join our clients team, based at our Brisbane CBD head office. Reporting to the General Manager-HR & Operations Support, you will provide high level administrative support to HSE and HR & Operations.

**_Key responsibilities:_**
- Support operations on project start-up documentation, HSE and quality plans
- Proactively undertake site audits and inspections
- Administration of MYOSH HSE software program
- Compile and analyse management and operational HSEQ reports
- Chair weekly safety meetings
- Facilitate customer relationships with regard to HSEQ matters
- Facilitate & support investigations and administration of learnings from incidents
- Maintain safety & quality management system and lead audits
- Data Entry (Quals)
- Onboarding New Employees - Booking Training
- Keeping first/CPR expiries up to date - Booking
- BNE HO Staff training plan execution - Booking and Updates
- Support in field Training Plans, including implementation, execution and population of trackers
- Special projects
- Relief/leave coverage for Ops Admin and Support
- Relief/leave coverage for Training Advisor

**_What we are looking for:_**
- Tertiary qualifications in safety
- Formal training / experience in quality management systems and auditing
- Workplace trainer / assessor preferred
- Formal training in ICAM type incident investigation
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong track record with engaging with stakeholders across multiple sites and workstreams
